A 20 year-old Muslim man was just arrested after two men were stabbed at the Mall of America in Minnesota during what police called an “interrupted theft.”

Daily Mail reported that Bloomington police said the incident occurred on Sunday night in the first-floor dressing room area of the Macy’s department store. The first victim was stabbed after he returned to the dressing room and confronted Mahad Abdiaziz Abdirahaman, of Minneapolis, who was allegedly attempting to steal his belongings. The second victim was stabbed when he tried to intervene.

Both victims were sent to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis with non-life threatening injuries. Abdirahaman, who did not know the victims, is being held on two counts of probable cause first-degree assault.

The Mall of America released a statement saying that their “thoughts are with the families involved.”

This comes after Freedom Daily reported that with around 60,000 Muslims living in Houston, local residents realized they had to do something fast to ensure they would not be forced to submit to Shariah law. That’s why they voted in favor of Texas House Bill 45, which makes it illegal to practice Muslim Sharia law within the Texas state lines.

Shariah law governs governs all aspects of Muslim daily life, including death for infidels, adulterers, the LGBTQ community, the crucifixion of highway robbers, amputation of limbs for theft, and so many other none or petty crime. It is also responsible for Muslim honor killings of women and young girls who have been deemed to have brought shame to their families.

This comes after it was confirmed that an Islamic Tribunal using Shariah law was found in Texas. The tribunal was operating as a non-profit organization, and it claimed that participation and acceptance of the tribunal’s decisions are ‘voluntary.'”

Dr. Taher El-badawi, one of the “judges” on the tribunal, said that it operates under Sharia law as a form of “non-binding dispute resolution,” adding that the organization is “a tribunal, not arbitration.” He also said that the tribunal follows Sharia law to resolve civil disputes in family and business matters as well as workplace disputes.

El-Badawi said that under Shariah law, there’s a big difference between how a man can secure a divorce from a woman and vice versa.

“The husband can request the divorce directly from the tribunal,” El-badawi stated. “The wife must go to an Imam who will request the divorce for her.”

“The courts of the United States of America are costly and consist of ineffective lawyers.  Discontent with the legal system leads many Muslims in America to postpone justice in this world and opt for an audience on the Day of Judgment,” he website for the Islamic Tribunal states. “It is with this issue that Muslims here in America are obligated to find a way to solve conflicts and disputes according to the principles of Islamic Law and its legal heritage of fairness and justice in a manner that is reasonable and cost effective.”
